To ensure that we deliver only the best, First Regional has meticulously designed an array of savings and loans products to meet the range of needs reflected in the profile of our members, drawn from the widest cross-section of social, cultural and age demographic.

We are proud that over the years we have delivered these products and services with the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity, and indeed the personal touch that our valued members have come to know, trust and expect!

First Regional's interest in our members, as demonstrated in our Corporate Social Responsibility, is unquestionable. We are confident that our initiatives in this area, through grants and donations, have borne fruit over the years. 

Our Corporate Social Responsibility programme has enabled our Credit Union to enhance access to education for our members and their children; promote health care; and facilitate critical social interventions in the communities in which we do business and operate. Since July 2013, this ‘community' has been expanded beyond St. Ann and St. Mary to hospitality/hotel sector workers and their children throughout the length and breadth of Jamaica.
