• Copy Certificate of Fitness and Registration 
• Valuation Report 
• Pro-forma Invoice 
• Copy Import Entry Form (C87)
• Sale Agreement if purchasing from a private individual and vendor’s Driver’s Licence
• Copy of Certificate of Title if purchasing from a private individual 
• Quotation for Comprehensive Insurance Coverage 
• Three (3) last pay slips if paid monthly, six (6) if paid fortnightly or twelve (12) if paid weekly
• Job Letter 
• First Regional’s Declaration of Income and other supporting financial documents (for self-employed members)
• Acceptable ID – (Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID)
• TRN
• Passport size photograph of Member
• Last utility bill (electricity, telephone or water)
• Life Insurance  (conditions apply)
• Credit Report Fee of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) 

Bill of Sale duly executed in the Credit Union’s favour.

Processing fees will also be applicable

N.B. You may also use a motor vehicle you already own to lower the cost of borrowing for other expenses such as weddings, education, debt consolidation, business investment etc.
